Whistleblower Policy

Plastic Bank is committed to conducting its business with the highest standards of ethical behavior, honesty, and integrity. We provide our employees and the public a whistleblower line to report suspected incidents of questionable, non-compliant, or unethical behavior related to its operations. We guarantee whistleblowers protection against retaliation by keeping all reports anonymous and confidential, compliant to local laws on anonymity and confidentiality. No report made in good faith should carry the threat of retaliation against the whistleblower.

These six types of issues were recommended based on the risks associated with the geography where Plastic Bank operates and our type of industry.

Types of Issues	Definitions
Corruption	Public and workplace corruption including extortion, bribery, conflict of interest, fraud and money laundering
Child Labor, Forced Labor, and Human Trafficking	Child, forced,or compulsory labor issues within company operations in-market ecosystems.
Diversity, Discrimination, and Harassment	Discrimination based on any grounds at any stage of business. Harassment may include physical, psychological, or verbal abuse.
External Stakeholder Human Rights	Human rights impacts of the company’s operations on external stakeholders
Environmental Issues	Gross negligence in preventing negative impacts to the environment limited to emissions, and pollution (water, air, solid waste, sanitation) affecting the immediate community.
Retaliation	Any form of harassment experienced or threats received due to a previous report
