Plastic Bank’s Partnership with Lillydoo

PLASTIC BANK COLLABORATES WITH LILLYDOO TO PROTECT THE PLANET FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS

As a conscious baby care brand, LILLYDOO is deeply committed to paving the way to a greener future – one product at a time. Through its partnership with Plastic Bank, LILLYDOO actively offsets the plastic footprint of LILLYDOO green, its latest product line. For every LILLYDOO green product being sold, part of the proceeds goes to Plastic Bank. By doing so, LILLYDOO supports Plastic Bank to collect the same amount of plastic from the environment that is contained in the products, while at the same time enabling low-income communities to economically profit from recycling. Since 2021, LILLYDOO has been able to prevent more than 1.3 million kilograms of plastic from entering the ocean – equivalent to over 67 million plastic bottles – and impacted more than 240 local communities.

Closing the gap between sustainability and performance

Since day one, LILLYDOO has not only cared about happy and healthy skin for babies, but also about the environment they will inhibit one day. To reach this goal, LILLYDOO is continuously working towards limiting the plastic contained in its products. But even with all components carefully considered and optimized, plastic cannot fully be avoided without compromising on diaper performance. By partnering with Plastic Bank, LILLYDOO closes the gap between sustainability and first-class product performance.
