Plastic Bank is required to provide you with certain information in writing. This Electronic Communications Policy describes how we’ll provide that information to you.

This policy is a part of our Terms of Use. By using any of Plastic Bank’s services, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use.

2. Communications Will Be Sent Electronically

Under this policy, you give your consent for Plastic Bank to provide you with the Electronic Communications (including all legal terms and legally-required disclosures) electronically.
