Steve is a HR professional with over two decades of experience in multiple sectors including semiconductors, construction, retail, energy, and mining. He has had the opportunity to work across Asia, Europe, Middle East, and North America, for companies like Freescale Semiconductor, Aegion, Peabody Energy, and HEB Grocery. He leads the People and Culture function, helping build a resilient, scalable, and high performing team of Bankers around the world who are committed to Ocean Stewardship and bringing financial inclusion to the communities we operate in.
