We are celebrating our 7th anniversary!
7 years ago our founders, David Katz and Shaun Frankson, recognized that rather than seeing plastic as just a convenience, we needed a way to reveal its inherent value. They then stepped into the unknown and created a platform that reveals the value in our world. Over the past 7 years, we have been steadfast in our efforts to stop ocean plastic and improve the lives of collector communities.
- Over 11,000,000 kg of ocean-bound plastic collected
- Over 19,000 collectors registered on the Plastic Bank platform
- Over 300 active branches around the world
- Active operations in Haiti, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brazil, and Egypt
Thank you to our collectors, partners, and employees for their commitment over the years. Together we are empowering a regenerative society. Help celebrate by taking action to stop ocean plastic with us today! Thank you for being on this journey with us!
